What Insights does today
Insights is built step by step. Here is what works now, described as it is.

Text review
Paste text or upload a PowerPoint. You get a verdict, exact observations from your own text and suggestions you can choose from.

AI view of your brand
We put a fixed and reviewed set of at most 24 questions a buyer might ask to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini and see which answers name your company. It is a bounded measurement of those questions only. Every answer from the services is kept as evidence.

Competitor analysis
We read your own pages first, propose competitors we can evidence and compare only once you have chosen which ones to include. The analysis runs one company at a time.

Private reports
A report belongs to one company. Every figure shows its source, measurement window and known limitations. No list is public.
What Insights does not do yet: rewriting your text for you and reading web addresses. We will say so when it does.
How it works
Six steps, the same every time
This is the BB Works working model. Parts of it are done by us with you, not by Insights.
1. Business problem
We start in your company and what actually holds growth back.
2. Evidence
We gather what can be measured and show where each figure comes from.
3. Recommendation
We propose a first step and explain why it comes first.
4. Your decision
You approve, ask for a change or decline. Nothing starts without a decision.
5. Work
The work is done and you see what is finished and what remains.
6. Measurement
We measure the outcome against the baseline and take the next step from there.
Insights supports measurement, writing review and reports today. The other steps are done by us with you, not automatically.

Insights is owned and run inside Bergman & Beving. Access is set per company and decided on the server. The buyer questions are sent to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini so they can be measured, and the answers are kept with us as evidence.
- Access is granted per company by us. Nobody can grant themselves access.
- Reports and evidence are private and shown only to people who have access.
- A measurement starts only when an authorised user orders it.
- Every figure shows its source, measurement window and known limitations.
